Shipping & Returns Information

At Wolverine, your satisfaction is our priority and we hope your order has met your expectations.

In the event that you wish to make a return, please adhere to the following Returns Policy. We are only able to accept returns on items purchased online at www.wolverineuk.com. We are unable to accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You may return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days of the invoice/shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred. When returning products, all boxes and packaging should be returned in their original condition. Do not write on, tape or stick anything to the box.

In the event that you wish to return all or part of an order due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

If you wish to return an order due to you changing your mind, you will be required to pay for the postage of the items you return. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a trackable form of postage. We cannot accept responsibilty for parcels that are lost en route to us.

2. Put the completed returns form, along with your invoice if you have it, inside your package before sealing/sending.
3. Label your package clearly and ship to us using a trackable form of shipping.

WARRANTY RETURNS

The Wolverine UK Warranty applies to products within one year of the date of purchase. Our warranty applies to defective materials and workmanship.

We are only able to accept warranty returns on items purchased online at www.wolverineuk.com. If you purchased your products elsewhere, you should return them to the retailer you purchased them from.

To make a Warranty return, please follow the 3 steps below:

2. Put the completed returns form, along with your invoice if you have it, inside your package before sealing/sending.
3. Label your package clearly and ship to us using a trackable form of shipping.
